Introduction: We are two professional chefs who work as a team. We are both culinary graduates with over 20 years combined experience. We are well-versed in many cuisines and have practiced our art from San Francisco to Tokyo. Our menus feature healthy salads, amuses and entrees prepared with fresh produce and naturally-raised meats and seafood from local organic grocers and farmers markets. In addition, we offer catering services for events large and small, cooking, baking, charcuterie, and butchery classes. We are moving from the Bay Area to Orange County in September. We have a bottomless passion for food, and enjoy cooking together, whether it be burgers, bistro, or fine dining. We are looking for an opportunity to share our talents with the right clients. Although we are very professional where food is concerned, our personalities are "laid back", and we share a playful sense of humor and love kids.
