As a teacher, my goal is to empower people in the kitchen. At the end of the day, it's not enough for me to dazzle the public with my cooking. I have all of this information to offer and I want to pass it on to others. I want to teach you how to dazzle your family and friends! I provide one-to-one private sessions and group classes on basic and advanced techniques and regional cooking to adults and kids. Topics include: knife skills, fundamentals (soups, salads, sauces), plating, and traditional and innovative dishes from European, Asian, and classic American cuisines. Hire me to teach a private class in your home kitchen, classes are held in the Los Angeles/ Pasadena area. We will work together to select and prepare a menu of your choosing and in the process you'll learn techniques that can be applied to your day-to-day recipes as well.Date nights, family dinners, intimate gatherings, engagement parties, and arts and music events: I also offer private chef services and catering for groups of 2 to 150, on a one-time or an ongoing basis.
