I offer the following services:
* mix custom soils to fit the plants you want
* advise on where to put what plants, for optimal light and soil condition
* pruning all sorts of shrubs, bushes and some trees
* harvesting apples
* watering building paths
* designing of raised beds or whole gardens
* raking
* sweeping
I focus on the soil and making it rich with worm castings, etc. I can prune ivy best.
I ask that you have tools, as I travel to you on bike, however, my rates are affordable for what I do. General maintenance starts at just $12 an hour, and I can price by the job.
I can travel where bart takes me, or where my bike can.

A. Pruneing watering adding nutrients to the soil

A. Just email or call.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Worm castings are usually the way to go
many plants can easily be grow as a cutting or a seed and it
saves money while creating beauty & something useful

A. Ill do an estimate for free an hour of my time
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I dont use unessisary power tools and that creates a space where people can still function that part of the day. I work really hard and
tend to get a lot done fast and not really lose energy because i love what i do!

A. Being outside, working with plants!

if im able i tell them if not i tell them so.

A. When i volunteered diffrent places i was always bringing home difrent bulbs and seeds that people gave me

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Was my only choice after i was homeless and i loved it!
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. Every thursday i get off the couch and go to sf to volunteer for 3 or 4 hours, in the botanical garden.

A. Online study /books /word of mouth i learn at my volunteer job at the sf botanical garden
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. I dont know i just try to take one day at a time
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. 2 months / i working with the help of my 71 yearold father. It involved getting all the tools to the site at the begining, ocationally getting tool s arranging for soil to be delivered ( i built a raised bed in the back yard) it cost about $1850 because the soil is expensive, there are ways around this, but it takes time.
