Dear Kathy,
We made some poor decisions when we listed our house prior to hiring you. We thought that an empty house would allow prospective buyers the ability to "see" the rooms and space and imagine what it would be like to decorate and furnish on their own. The exact opposite proved to be true. No one could figure out how to use the space(s), and there were no legitimate offers.
When Nick Johnson, our new agent from Coldwell Banker Real Estate, came in with a plan to properly stage and market the property, we knew he was on the right track.
Your staging turned out to be the best decision we made in re-marketing our property. Each room looked spectacular, with just the right amount of furnishings and decor to emphasize the lighting, space, and use. We had several interested parties and an good offer came in quite quickly. Without your expertise, we may never have come to a point of sale.
Thank you for the time you spent with us before the actual staging took place. I realize we were not easy customers to deal with, but you handled it like the professional that you are, and the product was fantastic.

A. At Best When Staged or Styled, our Home Staging services are unique and customized for each home.
Our concept focuses on highlighting the home’s best features show casing the benefits of each room using furniture that draws attention to the architectural detail. Often, with stagers that work from their own inventory, it tasks them to place whatever furniture happens to be available, which is not in the best interest of the home seller.
At Best When Staged or Styled, we work with rental companies along with our own inventory and by hand selecting each piece of furniture and accessory we ensure that the home will present at its best, stand out from the others and appeal to a large mass of buyers for a quick sale.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We enjoy seeing the transformation of each project from our initial free consultation to the finished product. This inspires us to go big with our imagination and attention to detail throughout the creative process.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. We are very proud of staging a vacant home in Pacifica. The home was very nice and had a lot of character, but with the unique floor plan and Cape Cod style bedrooms, potential buyers could not see how they would use each room. Because the home had previously been an expired listing, it was very important to stage it perfectly and get the home sold. Through the efforts of a new listing agent, combined with our staging service, the home sold in 23 days!!!
