I was initially hesitant about hiring a stager — but I’m so glad that I chose to work with Darchell. She came and did a walk through and initial consultation with me free of charge. I felt immediately that she understood how to best work with and showcase my space. I have a large home so she staged over the course of two days. My reaction upon seeing the final look: “Now I want to live here!!!” She worked wonders on my home’s design, giving it a modern yet comfortable, harmonious and consistent appearance. I’m sure that Darchell’s staging was a major factor in my home selling for $130K over asking in less than two weeks, even after the interest rates went up! And all that for a very competitive price, thousands less than other local stagers. Thanks so much for your work, Darchell!

Darchell was wonderful to work with. She staged two homes for me that belonged to family members. One in SF and one in Oakland. She was very thorough and went several times to visit to make sure the home was staged to let the buyer understand the floorplan, but not over staged so they were still able to visualize themselves living there. This is very key to home staging. Both properties sold quickly and for above asking, even though the market had a changed a bit due to Fall. So many compliments from Darchell's work. I would not hesitate to use her again......

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive and budget friendly. We work within your budget to get the job done. Our stages start at $2500 for a full 60 day stage. We are currently offering a 10% discount to new customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is fairly simple. We schedule a property preview. Then we provide a quote for review and approval. Once approved, we ask for a 50% deposit along with the signed contract to move forward. The remaining 50% is due a day before staging. A de-stage is scheduled once the property is sold.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years in the retail furniture business. I also staged for 2 years at another staging company.
