Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We are well known for our cleaning services. We offer a wide range from the simple household clean, to cleaning business offices, cleaning whole residental buildings, doing move in or move out cleanings for individuals or companies, doing inside and outside window cleanings up to 4 stories high, and doing touch up cleanings. In the past few years we have seen an influx in need for additional services around the home or business such as painting and remodoling and we have expanded our knowledge and skills to meet those needs. We are always exploring new territories as well and we open the opportunity to learn a new skill and provide it.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Every service varies on the needs of the clients. If a client needs a cleaning, they should know how many bedrooms, how many bathrooms and what they want done during the cleaning. If a client needs a paint job, they should know the size of the area to be painted, the colors they want it painted, if they need any special taping, trimmings, or just a simple job, and the time frame they have to complete the painting. If a client wants a remodel, they should know the size of the area, what exactly they want done, time frames, and materials. Every job varies, but in general the client should just ask themselves what they would need to know to do the same and that is the information they should try to gather. We of course will make sure no information is missed, ask all questions we need to know, and if there is any difficulty getting the information we can do our best to assist the client in getting what is needed.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Unlike big companies and corporations who try to nickel and dime the customer and put their business first, we are a family owned and operated business who serve to please the customer. We understand the everyday hardships of having a family and a profession and we can give a level of personality to our clients and business that most big companies can not. You're not just going to get a person who doesn't want to be there and doesnt like their job when you call, you are going to reach myself, my wife or a family member who does care about your needs and has commited ourselves to making a positive name for our company and giving all our clients a positive experience. You will also be supporting small family run businesses, and not the corporations who wish to run us out of business. We are just as hard working as the next, if not more, and we want to provide a genuine, honest service to clients.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I want customers to know that we really are a honest, hardworking, family-owned business. There are very few of us out there any more that are really in the business to please the client. I am only trying to make an honest living for my family and children and provide them with the influence of hard-work and you must earn what is given to you. We have been in this business for over 10 years and it has always been about the customers, not the profit. If someone is unhappy with our work, we always do our best to make it right; and on the few occasions we have encountered an unhappy client we have corrected the situation and they are returning clients now. We are here to show you that there are still honest, hard-working people in the world and we aren't all corporations in it for the big bucks.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. We are always looking for ways to expand our services and knowledge. In the last few years we have added painting and remodoling to our trades of skills and we continue to look for new experiences. If you are looking for a service you dont see listed, chances are we can do it, or we are willing to learn the service so in the furture if you need it again we can be there to provide it and stay true to our commitment to serve you.
