A. Our clients ask for many different things, but always the floors either wood, linoleum, tiled or carpeted are a commonly requested task.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask for references... a good service provider or home workers with also good reputations can help establish peace of mind.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would like to know how efficient the hired help can be as far as water usage and earth friendly products...
Filling the tub can work by saving water if the tub is to be cleaned, same for the sinks and with washing dishes...
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. A fair question is... how many years have you been doing home service work, cleaning, handyman and carpet cleaning?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. The rates and amount of time, either for the job or by the hour should be discussed prior to making an agreement to handle the work desired.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Others folks have their thing and we have ours... we use earth safe cleaning products and also save energy and are health concious as I am sure others are as well.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We like to meet new people and cleaning is a decade old thing for us... many clients have been with us for a long time and we have seen children grow up... the most likeable thing is definitely interacting with the people...

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. We drive in real time traffic and can't always immediately grab a phone to start dialing while driving (illegal). Also life happens and we can get in the worst of jams and maybe even an accident, a client with the I am perfect attitude is not at all a fair person. I got injured leaving a place by a vehicle and still made it and the client was like "I don't find it professional to not have called" and the tardy level was 20 minutes, I was really shocked at such attitude especially in the East Bay where everyone knows traffic and are just great humans. We are that as well - HUMAN. Please keep that in mind. Excuses are left at grade school, we just express that life happens. So cleaning is what you seek than let's get down to the grime and clean, clean, clean!
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. We have been in this business a long time, but the first two or three years, bleach, ammonia, harsh scrubbing powders got us sick, bad reaction and signs of asthma. For a cleaner not good. We made a choice to better our health, our children and family, clients, pets and PLANET! We restructured and learned to be eco safe and now we are Eco Friendly since 2002.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. I worked on a large oil stain on a cement floor for over 2 hours and used a total ecological approach. I was told the stain was in place for many years. I got it out as others tried but could not Hah! Harsh chemicals only aggravate a situation and make it dangerous. Being green makes for a safe approach and a winning move.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. We now have licensed and bonded Painters and Handymen on board. After getting many request on our website for eco safe painting services. We use eco friendly paint and products.

A. We have started to do FLAT RATE PRICING and with the economy and frugal living nowadays we find it easier for most folks. Be advised we don't do bargain basement just fair pricing as per the market value of our service. Oven and Refrigerators may cost a little more depending on size. Some situations do require hourly rates but we can work within your budget. Please note we don't cut corners we just clean them.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Patience and study, learn first not as you go along. Take some courses and yes some of the best schools have great training programs to help you get certified.
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. Hard working eco friendly family owned commercial and residential cleaners, WE ARE. It's our business. Our greatest strength is the commitment to our customers and their overall satisfaction.
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. We are working on improving our communication methods, while texts are the best way to communicate with us and many clients do, we must try and make it so that we can get to the emails faster, so everyone is now given a smart phone as a means to be prepared for better customer service.
