    If you're looking for a quick way to get rid of $90 and have absolutely nothing to show for it, hire these people. They came out (late), decided suddenly that they wouldn't do windows (telling us they were worried our new windows would "fall out") and left our home looking only slightly cleaner than before.

    I'd rather clean my house by setting it on fire and letting it burn to the ground before hiring these individuals again.

    We have reviewed our records from a year ago and in the notes have noticed that the windows in question were bedroom windows (two) as we were not allowed in the other rooms due to the construction project of new doors and door frames and the sanding of floors and wall repairs. We were to only clean the Kitchen, Living Room and Two Bedrooms as the rest of the house was off limits due to the work pending. We did clean all the windows inside and out. I made a judgement call and mentioned that I will not clean the two previously broken windows, they tend to cost more if broken twice... Plus they were to be replaced. The lady was understanding and did not pay $90 but in fact pay $150. I guess with the time lapse maybe even confusing cleaners would be understood. No real harm done. Be well and Thanks!     Hi Sorry for the delay in review. This system is a little complicated. I enjoyed the results of the entire crew and John and his girls were the most nicest folks and they gave me so many ideas on how to keep things in order. I will have them back twice a month but the advice will help at home also. The duct system was flushed and windows shine and the floor is easy to clean now that the grout has been sealed. I was decided on them based on the reviews and jobs completed. I don't like service websites but Thumbtack does not bother me like the others do. They will be my choice for my next projects. Thanks for a job that helped me pass inspection!

    John did a stellar job on a large unsightly oil leak on my garage floor. Other people I called would not touch it. I loved that it was cleaned organically. I loved that the oil has completely gone!! I highly recommend this guy!

    Five stars are not really enough. John did a wonderful job cleaning and clearing out the major problem areas (litter boxes), as well as scrubbing, vacuuming and even removing cat hair in other areas in the apartment, cleaning it to a much higher level than any previous cleaner. He also went above and beyond the call of duty to provide some ideas I had not thought on how to make some parts of the apartment more accessible with my limited mobility. Great work!

    I see some folks are pleased and they should be, John and Anthony show up and they did an incredible job. I could give them 10 ten stars. they were here working on two days at my home and did the best work. I had carpets cleaned and the best deep clean ever.     We live in Anchorage, Alaska and bought a condo in San Francisco and needed a Move-In house cleaning Service. I scheduled service with the company and we were really pleased and satisfied with Johnís professional cleaning service. John is also very accommodating with scheduling as I had to reschedule our appointment for several times due to unexpected condo closing date change.     Professional, thorough and friendly. 5 stars +

    Not only did they do a perfect job at cleaning the whole place inch by inch and removing super tough stains from the carpets but went above and beyond by providing plenty of helpful advice on all sorts of topics (how to keep the place clean, save energy, spot health hazards, etc). Even though John had previously agreed on a discounted fare for my move-in cleaning I eventually decided to pay the full fare cause it was well worth it. Excellent experience, will book again!

    John was pleasant, personable, and listened to what I said. I gave him a bit more than we had agreed because of the scope of work that he proposed once he saw my apartment. But his prices are very good.

    The place looked great after he and his co-worker finished - they stayed 3 1/2 hours to complete to their satisfaction. If you want a competent, straightforward, efficient - and pleasant experience, this listing is for you. I'll have him back soon.

    John was great. He came on time, did a great job, was very attentive to details, gave me some great tips to keep my place in great shape. The first clean was a bit longer than I had expected, but that was because John wanted to make sure he did a very good job. You might get a few quotes that are lower for your first cleaning because they go the extra-mile. If you use them regularly, their pricing is perfectly in line with all of the other providers I've used in the past, but their work was much better. Highly recommend getting John to clean your home.

    We had a good experience with Organic Breeze. They were responsive through scheduling, came on time, and stayed at the house for several hours. I had, however, needed a very deep clean--we had just moved in and the house was filthy--and didn't feel like every surface was covered (underneath the furniture, for example). This might have just been a matter of us not fully explaining the job, leading to Organic Breeze underestimating how much time it would take. (The housecleaner still spent more than four hours at the house.) We'd use Organic Breeze again for regular touch-up cleanings, but need something more heavy-duty the first time!

    John was fantastic! I posted the request Friday night. He responded the same night, we coordinated Saturday morning, and by 3pm on Saturday he had drive down to Palo Alto from Alameda.

    His mission: get dog diarrhea out of the carpet at our office. No more smell. No stains. It's as if it never happened. Emergency averted.

A. Our clients ask for many different things, but always the floors either wood, linoleum, tiled or carpeted are a commonly requested task.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask for references... a good service provider or home workers with also good reputations can help establish peace of mind.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I would like to know how efficient the hired help can be as far as water usage and earth friendly products...

Filling the tub can work by saving water if the tub is to be cleaned, same for the sinks and with washing dishes...

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. A fair question is... how many years have you been doing home service work, cleaning, handyman and carpet cleaning?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The rates and amount of time, either for the job or by the hour should be discussed prior to making an agreement to handle the work desired.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Others folks have their thing and we have ours... we use earth safe cleaning products and also save energy and are health concious as I am sure others are as well.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We like to meet new people and cleaning is a decade old thing for us... many clients have been with us for a long time and we have seen children grow up... the most likeable thing is definitely interacting with the people...

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. We drive in real time traffic and can't always immediately grab a phone to start dialing while driving (illegal). Also life happens and we can get in the worst of jams and maybe even an accident, a client with the I am perfect attitude is not at all a fair person. I got injured leaving a place by a vehicle and still made it and the client was like "I don't find it professional to not have called" and the tardy level was 20 minutes, I was really shocked at such attitude especially in the East Bay where everyone knows traffic and are just great humans. We are that as well - HUMAN. Please keep that in mind. Excuses are left at grade school, we just express that life happens. So cleaning is what you seek than let's get down to the grime and clean, clean, clean!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. We have been in this business a long time, but the first two or three years, bleach, ammonia, harsh scrubbing powders got us sick, bad reaction and signs of asthma. For a cleaner not good. We made a choice to better our health, our children and family, clients, pets and PLANET! We restructured and learned to be eco safe and now we are Eco Friendly since 2002.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I worked on a large oil stain on a cement floor for over 2 hours and used a total ecological approach. I was told the stain was in place for many years. I got it out as others tried but could not Hah! Harsh chemicals only aggravate a situation and make it dangerous. Being green makes for a safe approach and a winning move.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. We now have licensed and bonded Painters and Handymen on board. After getting many request on our website for eco safe painting services. We use eco friendly paint and products.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. We have started to do FLAT RATE PRICING and with the economy and frugal living nowadays we find it easier for most folks. Be advised we don't do bargain basement just fair pricing as per the market value of our service. Oven and Refrigerators may cost a little more depending on size. Some situations do require hourly rates but we can work within your budget. Please note we don't cut corners we just clean them.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Patience and study, learn first not as you go along. Take some courses and yes some of the best schools have great training programs to help you get certified.

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. Hard working eco friendly family owned commercial and residential cleaners, WE ARE. It's our business. Our greatest strength is the commitment to our customers and their overall satisfaction.

Q. What are you currently working on improving?

A. We are working on improving our communication methods, while texts are the best way to communicate with us and many clients do, we must try and make it so that we can get to the emails faster, so everyone is now given a smart phone as a means to be prepared for better customer service.
