A. Unfortunately, some unscrupulous contractors will give estimates, and then add on charges at the end. They will water down paint. They will use undocumented workers. They will ask for large deposits and up front payments and then drag their feet. They will not be licensed, just use a phoney license number. Pree's Professional Painting stick to their quted price, uses high quality paints only, only requires 10% up front with the balance on completion( unless it is a large commercial job) and is fully licensed, bonded and insured.
