Introduction: My emphasis is on providing custom-tailored, organic, healthful meals based on people's dietary restrictions and requests. I have cooked for clients on Paleo diet, Atkin's diet, low-glycemic diet, vegan and vegetarian diet, dairy and gluten-free diet, or no diet at all! You name it. I was trained to cook at a young age, and bring a natural affinity to cooking that reverberates in every dish. Although French-influenced, my menus are largely organic and whole grain-based, and range from French to California fusion, all based on your taste buds. I typically use olive and coconut oils rather than butter, unless butter is your preference. I work primarily with families whose schedules are constrained, and whose lifestyles do not allow for time in the kitchen (families with newborns and young children, busy individuals with dietary restrictions, and people coping with illness). I plan menus, shop for you, and cook in your home, leaving your fridge and freezer filled with simple, delectable, nutritious meals for the week. I leave each dish labelled with serving and reheating instructions, and leave your kitchen sparkling clean after each day of cooking. I charge $40/hour: (I request a minimum of five hours per cooking project. Most cooking days are between 5 and 8 hours, depending on the complexity and amount of food prepared.) Package options: * Package A: 3 entrees (3 meals for a family of four; 6 meals for a couple; 12 meals for a single person) * Package B: 4 Entrees (4 meals for a family of four; eight meals for a couple; 16 meals for a single person) * Package C: 5 entrees (5 meals for a family of four; 10 meals for a couple; 20 meals for a single person) - There are four servings minimum per entree - Each entree includes a side dish - Grocery costs are additional Gift certificates are available for families with newborns. Custom packages are also available based on your needs.
