Introduction: I am an experienced personal trainer with special emphasis on performance, postural assessment, post-rehab, general fitness, bootcamp, weight loss, etc.
My athletes are being recruited by some of the best D-1 programs around. Currently, I have 5 athletes playing college basketball and 4 football players playing college football.
I also train folks who just want to get in shape or for that special event in their lives: weddings, high school reunions, or health concerns like diabetes or high blood pressure.
