I'm a fashion, portraiture, glamour, fine art and event photographer, skilled in various lighting techniques with a personal style that favors creative use of shadows.

I am also well versed in standard techniques to fit any commercial need.

My studio is located in Oakland, CA. It is a commercial photo studio, ladies footwear showroom and photography art gallery in a 1900-sq.ft. location. The studio is the home of GZPhotoZoom, producing all manner of imagery, from product to fashion and portraiture to fine art.

The studio is available for rent to other photographers.

  I highly recommend GZ Photoz. The atmosphere was welcoming. He asked me what I wanted and he definitely delivered. The finished work is very professional and he knows how to adjust to every moment of the photo session, back ground scenery, poses, music, his make up artist had me looking and feeling flawless. I have been on many photo shoots and never received the feeling of being under the spotlight, it was my moment to shine. Sometimes I would tell photographers not to take pictures of my side profile and they didn't but Curtis Jermany said, don't worry about it and after I reviewed the finished work of my profile pictures, I became enlightened. That profile picture is now posted on my website. Thank you so much. The experience was awesome and I'm looking forward to another session at GZ Photoz.

  I hired Curtis to help me add to my portfolio with headshots and sum theme photos. His whole crew was great to work with.High energy, enthusiastic about their job and my shoot. I definitely hope to work with them in the future I LOVE the finished product. Curtis was very comfortable to work with and it made it easier for me. Being a new model it's easy to feel overwhelmed sometimes but he was very helpful directing me and giving me tips.
