Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Know what you're looking for and be clear about your goals. Then, strive to find someone in tune with your needs who also has the expertise and experience to help you.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. What is my real goal? What is my budget to solve this problem the right way? Am I will to commit myself to the treatment plan and avail myself of follow-up care? Am I willing to be compliant with home care, treatments and making specific lifestyle changes? Are my expectations realistic?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have a deep understanding of darker skin tones and the acne process. I have 25 years of experience treating black skin, acne , shaving bumps, scarring, scalp issues and hyperpigmentation. I stay on the cutting edge, so I can help.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Clinical skin care has been my passion for 24 years. I love helping people with "problem skin" clear their acne, discoloration, rough texture and razor bumps, and feel better about themselves.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. How much I truly care about changing the life of someone plagued by apprearance issues and serious skin disorders. How much I care about all my clients and the progress they make. I want them to not need me.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Explore the profession and think hard about your longterm goals. Explore the many facits of the industry and see what role and line of work appeals to you.
