A. Residential Home Inspections.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Don't look for the cheapest inspector. Make sure your inspector has experiance, Belongs to a notable orginization and closely follows a detailed standards of pratice., And is fully insured. Stay clear of inspectors offering to do repairs that is a clear conflict of interest.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My company is not a franchise. I do each inspection my self. I take the extra time to go thru my findings with each and every client if they are at the inspection. So they fully understand the condition of there purchase. My reports are also detailed in a narriative format with photos of any issues I may find.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I really enjoy helping people. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments people make in life. They need to now the true condition of their investment.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Question vary from one client too the next. Most just want to know the big item conditions ie: roof, HVAC system, structure. which is fine I always check them out closely. And I answer in the most informed manner I know. If the situation arises I don't know the answer and it has I am not perfect. I will find the proper answer and have it for the client within 24 hours.
