Many things are involved: Scope of the Work. Materials Involved. Labor Costs. Time and Timing. Location. Repeat Customers. Make sure to ask if there are any discounts available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: Customer reaches out to the plumber. Customer briefly describes the issue. Assessment and Scheduling: The plumber responds to the customers inquiry and discuss. A convenient time is scheduled . On-Site Assessment: The plumber arrives at the customers location and conducts a thorough assessment. Discussion and Estimate: The plumber then discusses their findings and explains the recommendation to the customer. The plumber provides a detailed estimate outlining the cost of labor, materials and any additional fees. Approval and Scheduling: Upon receiving approval to work, the client is then scheduled for completion of work. Execution of the Work: On the scheduled date and time the plumber arrives to perform necessary repairs or installations. Completion and Inspection: Once the work is completed, the plumber conducts a final inspection with the customer. Payment and Feedback: The plumber presents the customer with an invoice and receives payment.
