We offer daily VS such as assisting in going in and out of bed using a transfer belt if needed, daily hygiene that includes oral or denture cleaning, incontinent, perineal, and showers with transfer bench when needed. We also offer the following: * foot care * dressing and grooming * preparation of nutritional low calories and low fat meals to control body’s weight * care of proper daily taking of the prescribed medication * practice daily range of motion exercising and walking * subjection of recreational and creative activities * schedule appointments and drive to it * light house cleaning and laundry * chores and companion-ship * daily records of patient intake and output * maintain family communication and person's progress records We provide services weekly for a minimum of 30 hours and a maximum of 72 hours.
