Best experience! She contacted me within 5 minutes of my post (as did 3 others). We met in 20 minutes. My computer had multiple issues and all were repaired within 24 hours. Then my computer was delivered to me at work by a professional in a dress. All at a much more reasonable price than the computer companies I contacted in my area. Will refer Thumbtack and Kelsey to all my friends.
