I've recertified with CPR Pros 2 times now and each experience was pleasant and professional. Fernando Diaz was thorough and informative, with excellent training equipment and handouts/material. I have been CPR/First Aid certified for over 10+ years and CPR Pros is by far the best training provider I have experienced. Definitely will recommend to everyone.

CPR Pros is great! Fernando is a great instructor very knowledgable in his field. His class is interactive and engaging. I’ve been CPR certified twice and both times have had a great time learning CPR and can truly say I enjoyed it. 100% recommend being certified via CPR pros.

As a teacher, it is imperative that I feel comfortable with the CPR/AED process. Fernando made sure that I was. From his timeliness of helping get a class together that suited my availability to his passion of the craft, the experience of his class was superior to others I've had. He made sure that after each step, we could recall the information we had just learned and scaffolded the learning process to make sure everyone in the class was involved and retaining information. It has been a month since my class and I can confidently say that I still remember what I learned and feel comfortable applying it if I needed to. I will continue to use CPR Pros for my future needs and will continue to recommend them to others.

CPR Pros provided quality customer service and amazing responsiveness when setting up the CPR training for our school. Fernando worked with our tight schedule and made our training happen flawlessly. The day of the training, Fernando came equipped with the best resources I have ever used in CPR trainings. He kept us engaged in the material. We had plenty of time for hands on training, and he really emphasized the steps of the process. I walked away confident in my knowledge of the material. We were all provided a workbook we could reference in the future, and the videos were up to date. I highly recommend CPR Pros to anyone looking for a great, comprehensive, and engaging certification or recertification class. Fernando has many years of experience and it shows in his depth of knowledge and the ability to communicate and pass on that knowledge! I look forward to getting recertified with CPR Pros again in two years!

I have been teaching CPR for 11 years on behalf of the American Heart Association. I am also a faculty instructor for CPR at a college. In my full time position, I am an educator in the health/wellness field so I am friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. I have a masters in public health and a bachelors in kinesiology.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been teaching CPR for 11 years for the American Heart Association. I have also become a faculty instructor within the last few years so I am allowed to train and monitor instructors as well. I am an educator at heart and work in the health and wellness field full time.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am proud of starting CPR Pros from the ground up. Turning a vision and a goal into a reality has taken a lot of planning and time.
