- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we install 100% solid epoxies and use high grade polyurethane to seal project in. we do the concrete resurfacing and epoxy installation from $4.50 to $10 per square foot depending on design and condition of concrete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we give an estimate and when customer is ready we schedule a date for us to come out and install. With estimate we will give a deposit amount which will be due at time of scheduling.We typically show up between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. to install. From there, once installed, it takes 24 hours till you can walk on it. It will take 48 hours till you can set heavy items back on your floor. You will have to wheel in and set down or pick up and sit down. There should be no dragging for the first week. It will take 72 hours for it to cure enough for a car to drive on and a full week for the epoxy to cure 100%.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an epoxy installer for about 12 years and was trained by a major company out of Irvine. I became a supervisor than decided to move on and start my own company. My company now is family-owned and operated.
