Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Commercial, Retail, and Industrial asphalt and concrete repair. Potholes to complete overlays. We can fix anything in a parking lot. We offer parking lot markings, sand blasting, sign and bumpers plus alot more. Lastly we specialize in ADA related repairs like handicap ramps, signage, and truncated domes. Many people say they do this but we have a 100% success rate when it comes to ADA compliance.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. Asphalt Overlay in the City of Fountain Valley: Project consisted of paving a large area of their parking lot as well as installing a concrete pad and then sealcoating and striping the project.
Warehouse line painting for Coca Cola: We were hired to install epoxy painted lines over a shot blasted surface for their distribution warehouse. These lines had to be carefully laid out and painted as they last a very long time and are difficult to remove.
Asphalt Paving for local property manager: Patch and repair for local shopping center in Anaheim that consisted of asphalt patching followed by sealcoating and striping.

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I think what I like most about my job is that I get to fix peoples problems everyday and usually for less than they think. As an estimator for Empire Parking Lot Services I find joy in meeting new people and learning new things.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Do you work in my area? The answer is almost always yes. We service the entire Southern California area. From Ventura to San Diego and Beyond sometimes. The one exception I can think of was the time a gal called me from Orange County Florida. After a confusing ten minute call we figured it out and had a laugh.
