FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I'm in court every day, handling all types of criminal cases - from shoplifting to serious felonies.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take your time to find somebody you're comfortable with. Your attorney should be able to answer your questions confidently, spot the issues and discuss with you your options as your case proceeds. Don't feel compelled to hire the first attorney you talk to - this is an important decision. At the same time, don't feel like you have to speak to 50 lawyers either - it'll get overwhelming. Instead, look for a local criminal defense attorney that routinely practices in the court where your case will be heard. Sit down with them and openly discuss your situation. Follow your instinct, but don't fall for just a sales pitch. Finally - make sure the attorney you hire is the one that is actually handling your case and it's not getting handed off to somebody else.
