Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Go online and read about what providers like us should be offering. Ask your friends and family member questions about your event and what they think makes a good event. You'll most likely find out that they all just want to have a good time and hear good music.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. There is more to do than just standing behind your equipment. Getting to know your client is the most important part of this service. We ask many questions which help us to know our clients better... Depending on the type of event we could spend as many as 40 plus hours getting ready for an event. Anywhere from adjusting and changing event schedule (or Time Line) to setting up personal playlist. So what you thing may be easy has really taken a lot of hours to get ready for. So the next time you see a dj spinning their tunes, please remember that a good dj has put in many hours of sometime hard work just so that their client have the best time ever.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How long have you been providing this service and what made you select coming a dj. In a round about way, ask questions which will help you to know if they like what they are doing and if they are really hearing your wants and needs.
