Having 30+ years experience with addiction, recovery & relationship all my work leads to a more solid relationship with Self and others. Empowering people to shift the quality of their relating from "other" centered (fixing someone else) to "self" centered, (knowing what you're feeling, thinking and wanting at any given moment and communicating your experience) is the primary work. Shifting from a substance to provide means of relief to learning how to communicate from a sense of Self will provide a life changing shift in empowering you in your relationships.
