Introduction: I am a CTI-trained personal coach, writing coach, editor and former business leader with over 25 years of experience. As a personal coach, I help people in transition rekindle their optimism, rediscover their purpose, and achieve their dreams of living a fulfilling, balanced life. As a writing coach, I help writers define their project, set a timeline, build momentum, and make consistent progress toward writing goals.
I support both my personal and writing coaching clients as they deepen self-awareness then move into action to realize their dreams, with conscious choice as the foundation. It's a positive process that will inspire and empower you to create the next exciting chapter in your life.
I also lead writing workshops to spark your creativity, develop your unique voice, and cultivate your powers of expression. Like coaching, writing is another way to access your innate wisdom, claim your strengths and gifts, and become more authentically who you are. Cynthia is one of the best, most empowering, most nurturing coaches I have ever had the honor of working with. Cynthia is everything I want in a coach--wise, sharp, insightful, sensitive, funny, intuitive, and extremely positive and inspiring. I have only worked with her for a few months and she has helped me to quickly get to the heart of what is true for me and what I want in my life, which has not been easy for me to do on my own--I tend to get muddled and spin my wheels! When I started with Cynthia I was burnt out, discouraged, and confused about some of the significant areas of my life. Cynthia helped me to take some time to rejuvenate and find my heart's truth and my own inner wisdom. I almost always have greater clarity and motivation at the end of a session with Cynthia.
I have worked with one other coach in the past who was also very good, but I sensed she had some bias about a decision I had to make which was not helpful to me. Cynthia has been hugely supportive, validating, and non-judgmental, while gently pointing out ways that I get stuck. Cynthia worked with me as a life coach for a couple months.
