A. Our advice is to to ask questions and get answers in detail, and make sure you understand what the mechanic is telling you.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. No inside secrets, but if I was the customer I would wish I could find an honest mechanic like Ari's Garage.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. In a mechanics field I would say the consumer should ask to see the old parts or fluids before they pay so they can make sure the job got done. We at Ari's Garage show the customer all the repairs that were done.

A. Reserch the shop before you choose the best match for you.
