- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices do not include any appetizers, beverages, rentals, service charge or sales tax.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather information via phone or email to know what type of menu, service, or rentals are needed. Once we send the quote, we schedule a call to go over it an adjust it according to their budget. We then schedule a tasting so that they can taste the menu they have chosen. If they like our food and pricing - we get event date booked with a deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Martino has more than 20 years experience in the catering industry and all of our chefs have been with our company since 2010.
