FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Transparent Pricing: We believe in transparency, so our fees are clearly communicated upfront. There are no hidden charges, ensuring clients understand exactly what they are paying for. Service-Based Fees: Our pricing is based on the specific services required. Different services, such as tax preparation, financial planning, or audit assistance, may have different fees associated with them. Discounts Available: We offer various discounts, such as for early bird tax preparation, students, and seniors. Customized Quotes: For more complex financial situations, we provide customized quotes to ensure clients pay a fair price for the specific services they need. Additional Fees for Additional Services: If the scope of work extends beyond the initial agreement, additional fees may apply. This is typically discussed and agreed upon before proceeding with the extra work. Payment Terms: We inform clients about payment terms, such as due dates for payment, acceptable methods of payment, and any deposits or upfront payments required. Refund Policy: In case of any dissatisfaction, our refund policy and the conditions under which refunds are processed are clearly communicated. Audit Protection Package: For those interested, we offer an Audit Protection package for an additional fee, which covers assistance in case of an IRS audit. Consultation Fees: Initial consultations may or may not be free, and this will be clarified at the time of scheduling the appointment. Price Adjustments: We notify clients in advance if there will be any changes to our pricing in the future.

This step ensures that the financial aspects of the service are agreed upon and clear to both parties. Tax Return Preparation: Once all documents are verified and the invoice is acknowledged or paid, the tax team proceeds with the tax return preparation.
