Great customer service. The female who answer wasn't very polite and helpful. When the worker arrived, he had an answer for every question I asked and that right there alone impressed me. He did a great job on changing locks in my house. A+

heck yeah!!! 10% off. I called them! Haha. They came out pretty quickly, I was happy about that. I hate waiting. But of course it was my fault I locked my keys inside my car. Bleh. But everything went pretty smoothly and fast. Good work
