FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally I charge $120 dollars for a two hour visit and $80 dollars for every hour after.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my clients seek my help after they experience a hardware or software failure or are unable to perform a routine task on their computer. Often suspecting that some type of virus is the cause, our clients will ask us to remove the virus and speed up their computer. After identifying that malware is the culprit, we remove the infection using industry proven, best-in-class software and removal techniques and will then suggest a security solution that is appropriate their individual case (often a free solution). In addition to routine virus removal and tune-up tasks, we provide IT support for business customers with flexible billing options. And here is just a short list of other common services that we provide.
