After moving to a beautiful home on a golf course in La Quinta from the Los Angeles area, I was totally creeped out about desert bugs, especially crickets. I found SilverBullet Pest Control (and Daryl) through an online referral service. His exceptional service and devotion has been more than effective. In addition to getting the problem under control, he has been emotionally supportive and understanding of my phobia of bugs. I feel as though we've worked as a team to get the problem resolved (along with my emotional state about the problem). He shows a genuine concern and always talks directly to me even when my husband is present. He follows up by telephone and has emailed me several times to check on the status of the situation. We used a pest control service in Los Angeles for twenty years so I have a basis of comparison. I would highly recommend SilverBullet to anyone looking for a pest control service in the desert.

We first met Darryl Chang when he worked for another pest control business we hired to take care of the pests at our home in Palm Springs. We almost immediately noticed Darryl's exceptional personal service. For example, Darryl would always telephone us the day prior to confirm his scheduled pest service at our home. This proved very helpful in case we needed to discuss any previously unforeseen problems or pest concerns with Darryl. Darryl would then always arrive on schedule with a completely friendly and caring attitude. Darryl always kept the desert pests under full control. When Darryl left that company to create his own pest control company we had decided to give our current company a chance to continue our relationship. It didn't take long before we noticed the huge difference between that company without Darryl. After several complaints over their relatively shoddy service, we decided to look Darryl up and we then hired him on the spot and have been completely happy with his service ever since. Darryl and his Silver Bullet Pest Control is the best and we couldn't be happier with our decision to remain with him.

SilverBullet Pest Control was the perfect solution, when we encountered a rat problem in our attic.After 2 nights waking up at 4 am hearing little alarming noices from the attic & side of the walls I needed to take action.We owed this home for 10 years & nothing like this ever happened before.I went online and typed in my problem and was trying to find someone to help us. Within 2 minutes Daryll called back.I stated my problem on the phone and within 30 minutes he arrived at our house.He was highly proffesional and had a pleasant personality.After investigating our house & property he had a plan to remove the rats.Since our neighbors had grapefruit trees we had to cut the tree down, because the branches reached our roof.The neighbors roof rats came over to our roof, because they love cirus fruit.After three days 2 rats were caught , because Daryll set traps in our attic No babies thank God , just 2 roof rats. Being explained by Daryll with an information flyer.Then we decided on preventing future rats.Daryll put the resistence package into action, meaning sealing of any opening on the roof & putting out baitboxes around the property, preventing future roof rats to visit our property & house, which where perfectly safe for our golden retriever Schatzi.Daryll was very informative and supportive during his visits like an honest expert.He definitly exceeded my expectations. The money to remove the rats were well spend, we had really a piece of mind after they were gone. Ask yourself who ever surprised you positivly like that.It is very rare and we were very impressed.I passed out his businesscards to every friend and coworker.We never knew about rats!In the desert we need pest control! After moving into my new home I realized I had a major problem with crickets and black widow spiders. So many that the crickets kept me awake at night and the black widows kept me from enjoying my back yard. I desperately searched for an exterminator and had no idea how difficult it was going to be. After obtaining several quotes from companies that didn't seem to thing my situation was serious, I found Darryl from Silver Bullet Pest Control. He came right away to access the situation and tackle the problem. He found the infestation and took care of the problem. The most important issue is Darryl's approach to delivering excellent customer service! He called me the next day to see how I was doing and if the problem was truly gone. When I told him I was still seeing and hearing just a few crickets he immediately came back to my house to spray again and see what else he could do to make sure the problem was solved. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a small company. Do not go with a national chain. The big name may sound nice and promising, but all you are is a number to those guys. I should know, I used to work for one. They will put you on an annual contract, even if you dont want it. Smaller companies, especially ones where the owner services your home are much better. We take the time to do the job right and explain things to you. And if you ever have any problems, we are just a phone call or email away, and we respond to you, not a secretary located in another state.
