A. Crisis Counseling is the last step most people take to reclaim their lives, prevail past their pain, and learn to live their life with passion and purpose. It is the unveiling of all the ugly and hidden stuff that keeps us from moving forward and is for those who are ready to make a change. In order to live an Enhanced Lifestyle you have to do the hard stuff to get to the good stuff!

A. Potential clients should have a specific idea of what they want to accomplish working together. They are ready to work hard to get to their desired end. They may be afraid but they have faith that together we can foster change in their lives.

A. Everyone is different coming from a different place. My work is connected to my unique style. My experiences make me the best Lifestyle Coach for those who have been abused, raped, ashamed, alone and afraid to move forward. Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love seeing people move from a place of hopelessness to a place of freedom from their pasts! A purpose filled life is the only life worth living. I'm passionate about the fulfillment of my client's goals and aspirations.
Lastly, I love the smiles on the faces that for so long held frowns.
