Palm garage door is very quick to respond. I scheduled their onsite estimate within a few minutes.
The technician is also very professional and know what he is doing. He gave me two options. One is cheaper that just replacing the broken spring. The other is more comprehensive that it also replaces the door opener because my existing one is too old and very noisy.
I took the second option, which cost $1600 in total. The job is done quick and clean. Very happy to have the new and quiet door opener.
