I give Joshua an 11 out of 10 in all respects. He does top quality work at a reasonable price is extremely reliable and responsive and easy to work with. I couldn't be happier with the results of our project. Our hardwood floor is about 25 years old And we had damage in two places and squeaky floors in two places. Joshua removed the damaged boards and the boards over the squeaks and repaired everything and installed new flooring. We have 3/4 inch red oak in random planks of 3, 4 and 5 inches width. He matched the flooring perfectly And refinished the entire floor. The photos show close-ups of the new flooring mixed in with the old flooring as well as the expanse of the entire floor It turned out beautifully.. I'm thrilled.

Believe the reviews. Joshua was a great hire. We had a small section of our wood floors cupping. He came in and quickly replaced the boards and matched the finish and it looks like new. He my go to flooring guy now!

Joshua is way beyond excellent, he is magic. I had an impossible job: a weird 'J-shaped' hole about 2x4 feet in a pretty central location in my kitchen. This hole in my laminate plank floor was left over from removing a built-in bar-counter that the original floor installation had 'installed around' 7 years ago. I only had 3 planks left from the original installation with no repurchase option as that pattern/model had been discontinued by the flooring manufacturer. There was barely enough spare planking to cover the hole and not the right pattern panels to make it a perfect match. Not only did Joshua fill the hole but in 3 hours had reconfigured the surrounding panels and trimmed and matched pieces from what had been installed and what I had left over that I can't tell it is not part of the original install without getting my face close to the floor. I didn't believe that this was possible and it is just beautiful. I am amazed and completely delighted.

Joshua is one of the most hard-working people I have seen so far. I had a tight schedule of 5 days to move in. Joshua could source material, sand, and put three coats within a short period by working around 10 hours daily. We are really happy with the final result and were able to worry stress-free about the flooring.
