I learned some of the skills of the trade from my dad and quickly learned from other experts in the field. Juan was responsible for our lawn maintenance for roughly the last one year. He used to tend to our lawn once every month and his services included mowing, leaf blowing, occasional fertilization / weed removal / re-seeding. Overall, the quality of his work was good. However, we faced quite a few problems working with him because of which we would not recommend him to others: 1. Responsiveness / Punctuality / Professionalism: Juan was rarely on time, often didn't respond to our messages and we had to reschedule multiple times before getting service. He would rarely check on us; the responsibility of initiating the service was always on us. 2. Not adhering to agreed-upon services: We would agree to a certain service (e.g. re-seeding) and Juan would forget about it and suggest he would do it next time. This happened way too often. Overall, the result of having Juan as our lawn maintenance service provider is a debilitated lawn with dry patches and weeds. Now, we will need to spend a lot of extra money to get the lawn in shape.
