Piano Lesson for Ages 5 & Up

Greetings parents and students!

My teaching background comes from Eastern Europe. I have 30 years of experience in Georgia and USA combined.
I currently teach private lessons at a studio in Palo Alto, however the location is close to Los Altos, Mountain View and Sunnyvale as well

I was a member of "American College of Musicians" ( 2000-2008 ). I hold Certificate of International Association - "Kindermusik for the Young Children."
Aside from teaching piano the lessons also include -Theory, Rhythm, Mus.Literature, Sight Reading and Music Tests.

I host two recitals a year with fun Music Quizzes for the audience and costumes for the students!

My weekly lessons are usually 30min, 45min or 1hr depending on what the parents/student chooses.

  I have been going to Peninsula Music and Repair for about a few years and love it. I have been taking lessons from Eteri who teaches piano in separate room in the store. I have been taking classes from her since I was young and she has taught be a great deal over the years. Not only have I learned how to read piano notes, but i have also learned chords progressions, scales, music theory, and the history of piano and music history in general. Eteri has Piano Concerts twice a year in December and in June, where she invites all her students to play a few pieces they have practiced over the months prior. Eteri is an amazing teacher and I have learned a lot from her! I truly recommend her for anyone who want to learn to play the piano ! - Sean

  Etery is a wonderful teacher. Her sweet personality, really makes you want to attend every class. She has the ability to teach you the basic skills and than quickly gets you to play actual songs. She also hosts concerts which create motivation for children to work harder, so they can show their parents how much they've learned. She gives children stickers, and prizes as a reward for their hard work. I would recommend her for anyone that wants to learn to play piano.

  Eteri was my teacher for 10 wonderful, amazing years! She introduced me to piano from the basics at the age of 8, and I fell in love with playing piano ever since then. Not only does she build a strong musical foundation for her students, but also she will truly inspire you to reach your full potential in terms of technical abilities and performance. She's great at encouraging students from the youngest age with games, stickers, prizes - which is so important when children have a short attention span. As I got older, I truly came to love music and piano thanks to Eteri's own love for music and the great satisfaction I got from mastering pieces that were more and more challenging. I am so thankful to Eteri for encouraging me every step of the way with her guiding words and dedicated attitude. She truly gave me a gift that will last a lifetime!

  Eteri is a very patient and experienced teacher. My son really likes her and loves her sweet personality. She understands and supports each student's own style and learning pattern and tries hard to bring out the best in the student. Piano is a difficult instrument to study and many people lose interest over time. However, Eteri manages to keep the lessons fun and keep the students' interest up. I highly

  I been taking my daughter to Eteri for the past 5 years and I couldn't be happier, She is wonderful!. She doesn't just focus in teaching how to play but she makes sure kids are well round it in the basics. I do recommend her to all of my friends without a doubt. The Piano recitals are my favorite time of year since We get a chance to see our daughter perform and the wonderful surprises through the entire show are not to be miss.
  Eteri has become more then a teacher to us. We feel she is more like family.

  I played piano for a few years before I started playing with Eteri. Eteri is the best piano teacher I've ever had and really helped me get serious about my piano playing and actually start practicing. She makes the lessons enjoyable for every student, so the students learn to appreciate music. The recitals twice a year are really fun. You get to hear what kids from different age groups are playing and hang out with them. Everyone is pretty close and its a wonderful enviroment. If you need a piano teacher, I extremely suggest Eteri.
