    I have used Marbella Properties several times and they have always obtained great renters for me. They do a wonderful job screening tenants and helping us get the best people in our home. Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Marbella offers both leasing and management services to our clients. We also offer services to help prepare the property for the market. This would include everything from light cleaning and maintenance to major jobs like landscaping, roofing, painting and remodels. We have turned around many properties so they are in perfect move in condition. This helps the owner obtain the highest possible rent for their property. It not only protects their investment but adds value and ensures they get top quality tenants for their home. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Be sure to ask property management companies how long they have been in the business. Also, make sure they do not do both sales and leasing. For the most part, sales are much more important to sales agent and your for lease listing will take a back seat.
If you are looking for management services, get a list of homes they manage that are in the area. Drive by and see what condition they are in. If they don't have homes they manage in the area, it may be a potential problem. If they don't have homes they manage in the area, taking care of it and getting there quickly in an emergency will be problem.

All of our owners and their tenants can take advantage of the excellent customer service and care we give to our high end homes, regardless of whether their home is high end or not.
