We hired 1st Choice Remodeling to remove the popcorn texture from our ceiling, retexture the ceiling, and paint before we moved into our new condo. We could not be more happy with the work. I needed removal of popcorn ceiling texture that tested positive for asbestos and contacted different companies for quotes and availability as I was in a time crunch. I eventually went with 1st Choice Remodeling because their price is reasonable and they can meet my deadline. George explained to me the process and I felt assured that their method will make my house safe for me and my family. These guys were punctual and professional. They worked hard, fast yet thorough and went above and beyond what was expected of them. I got my house tested for asbestos air clearance and passed, after the work was completed. I found that hard to believe because they were the lowest bidder but that doesn't mean I would have accepted so so work. As it turns out of all the contracted work I've had done in the last 30 years this was far and away the best. Not even close! Thank you 1st. Choice Remodeling.
