I’m so glad I found Ricardo Texta! I had many properties that needed fixing because of water damage. I did my research & there was other work around that was on the cheap side but knowing the mistake that you get what you pay for I decided to contact Ricardo on a Saturday afternoon & he responded so fast I didn’t expect it. He works with your availability & he is very reliable. He first needs to see the site/pictures of the issue of the property & then lets you know what he needs to work with & how long it would take for his work. At the end I was very satisfied with his work, how he made everything look like new & I now refer other property managers, owners, & even some of my good friends who need help around their homes.
