We offer legal services in the following areas: ** Business Formation ** Contracts ** Intellectual Property ** Internet & New Media Prior to founding AB LAW, Andrea worked at the San Francisco law firm, Gagnier Margossian LLP, where she primarily assisted startups in intellectual property and internet law matters. She also practiced law as in-house counsel for a Los Angeles retail and design company, handling contracts, IP registration and enforcement, and employment issues. That same company also went on to appear on the hit ABC show, SHARK TANK. Andrea completed her undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley and obtained her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she graduated with an Intellectual Property and Technology Certificate with honors. While in law school, Andrea sat on the board of the Intellectual Property Law Bulletin and served as President of the Intellectual Property and Cyber Law Association. Andrea is a member of the State Bar of California.
