To say I was impressed with Joseph and the vast amount of knowledge and experience he brings to his job does not begin to give it justice! Joseph was first to respond to my inquiry and was able to fit me in at times that worked for my sometimes complicated schedule. Once he arrived at my property he quickly diagnosed the problem with my tankless hot water heater and repaired it in less than 30 minutes. He was upfront about all cost and I thought very reasonable. He even offered a discount for some future service issues that I plan to have him do. Once he complete his work, I told him that at last I found the plumbing expert who will now exclusively do all plumbing related work at my home. Pipe Dream pluming and its owner Joseph are the best of the best in this industry - I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism as well- HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Joseph responded to my service request within minutes of me scheduling it. He was punctual, professional, and friendly. My tankless water heater has been dripping for over a year. Joseph walked me through all the issues going on with the water heater and a few options and price points of what we could do. I ended up just replacing the whole thing since it was nearly 10 years old and was no longer descaling the water properly. The work only took a few hours and they had my new water heater installed with hot water running before the afternoon. Highly recommend Joseph!

I am so happy I chose Joseph of Pipe Dream Plumbing to replace my tankless water heater. He is knowledgable, professional, meticulous and an all around nice guy. Not only was he able to give me a very competitive bid the day I called him, but was able to work with my schedule to install a new tankless water heater. He explained my options, showed up as promised to install and did a very professional job. I love his work ethic and his attention to detail and the fact that he takes pride in his work---a rarity in today's world. While working on my job he recognized an issue I need to address at a future date.
