Every aspect of our interaction was a positive experience. Jim's initial response came promptly, and after I described the problems I was having with my vintage desktop, we agreed on a plan, completion time and price frame, all of which he adhered to. He got right to work the next day on diagnosis and possible solutions. Data backup was included and overall backup explained. After the work was done in a very reasonable time, I was given a full description of the work done and a PC that so far has performed without any of the previous problems. I would not hesitate to recommend Computer Coach for pleasant, resourceful and articulate guidance and problem solving. I'm looking forward to asking him for his assistance again when it comes to keeping my computers healthy.

Jim has been my computer guy for four years, always ready to help me, always courteous, friendly, and happy to teach me what I need to know to be a smarter, more efficient and happy computer user. He never makes me feel inadequate or silly, always assures me that the various mistakes I have made are common. He has been able to fix whatever was wrong quickly, and his prices are reasonable. He has been a godsend!
