    We have a variety of pricing plans to fit the needs of our clients. We have an "off-the-shelf" hourly rate, a block-of-hours discount schedule for larger jobs, and discount schedules for out-of-plan labor for our Marathon managed services programs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We are committed to continuous education and training in our field, hand-in-hand with the continually changing and evolving technology. In addition to being a Microsoft Partner and Small Business Specialist, we subscribe to the Microsoft Partner Network and Action Pack programs to receive training, documentation, and Microsoft software with supporting collateral. We have also taken Microsoft certification prep courses at local colleges prior to taking the certification exams. We maintain an extensive reference library in our office of technical publications, white papers, and books describing the best IT practices in our field. We take advantage of the tremendous wealth of IT technical information on-line as well.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I didn't decide to get in my line of work, it found me. I have a lifelong understanding of electronics, computers and communications systems. My childhood fascination with resistors, capacitors and ham radio led to a BS in Electrical Engineering, and then to a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Stanford. For over 30 years, I designed and developed computer and communications systems and networks as a R&D specialist at IBM/Rolm and Hewlett-Packard, and I've been actively involved in numerous high tech communications and software development firms.
