Patricia and her crew are very professional. They were punctual and left the house spotless. Me and husband contacted her for a deep cleaning, we asked them to clean our stove as well as the fridge and everything was very clean.

Patricia and her team are excellent! They were so nice and very confident in how they moved about my house and took initiative of their tasks. I have invited them back!
Update: I've had them back once a month for about 6 months now. The second time they were here, I did not care for their end product, and I let them know. They were very apologetic and told me that it wouldn't happen again. They were so nice, I invited them back. Since then, the work product has declined with each visit. At first, there were 3 people for about 2-3 hours, now there are 2 people for 2-3 hours, but I'm being charged the same price. I also asked them several times to only use the products that I provide, and I let them know if they need a product or a tool, to please let me know and I would get whatever they needed, within reason. Last time they were here, they used a product that I did not provide, and that I actually hate. And, since they ran out of a certain product, and I didn't realize, they decided to use oven cleaner to "clean" my shower. They were SO nice, and I'm so sad that we can't continue our relationship, but I'm looking for a clean house, not a friend.

I love coming home on the days that Patricia cleans because the house smells and looks clean - especially the floors. The floors literally shine and I have received many compliments on them, even from my sweet mother-in-law. I highly recommend Patricia!!
