"How good can you feel?"
Engage in a rewarding dialogue with your body, and experience greater well-being everyday!
Whatever your needs, private yoga coaching or yoga therapy sessions are always the best way to get the most benefit, from the very first time. Overall approach and work plans are always tailor-made to your specific situation and goals. These are reviewed regularly to keep things on track, because it's all about you.
Changing the relationship you have with your body, by listening more mindfully and embracing its gifts and challenges alike, is truly life-changing. I have experienced this firsthand, and I continue to see proof in the positive difference it makes to each new client. Your body is amazing. A rich source of insight that, too often, get overlooked.
It's impossible to meaningfully capture all the relevant applications, physical benefits and emotional impact this work offers in a few words. What I can say is many of you found that it brought the much-needed relief and clarity where other modalities have failed.
Just get that conversation started right now and see for yourself!

Antonella brought an instant calm, comfortable, and relaxing aura with her prior to beginning my private session. She re-educated my awareness with regards to breathing and relaxing, and I was impressed by her knowledge and applications of my needs as a chronic pain person, I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, caring, and overall great yoga instructor who is very genuine.

First, let me say I had mixed emotions about posting this. After all, if you found the perfect place to nurse your mind, body & spirit every week, wouldn't you want to keep it to yourself?
But that wouldn't be fair, and I think everyone should know about Antonella.
I've had chronic back pain and many surgeries in the last 20 years and my body has become horribly stiff. I've tried every therapy possible with no success. A friend recommended Restorative Yoga as the perfect way to gain back the flexibility. As with any treatment, you have to feel a connection to the individual treating you or it won't work. Antonella is incredibly warm and kind and made -- not only me -- but everyone feel welcome.
I was nervous that it would painful trying to bend in ways I'd never been able to, but her technique is nothing short of miraculous. Just when I think my body can't possibly bend anymore, she knows exactly where to place her hands under me to work out those last little kinks until I melt into the floor.
And - icing on the cake - the class is Friday evening which is an absolutely perfect way to end a stressful week!

Im not sure how this happens, but after all of Antonellas classes I feel playfully relaxed, limber and strong. She enters the class with us; accompanies us into the dark places of our bodies. Shes a warm glowing presence in the periphery of awareness that lets your own body and experience be the guide, while providing a safe, somatically detailed practice space.

We have been students of Antonella for over 18 months. From yoga for true beginners to her flow classes the instruction and attention she gives each student have been superb. Her restorative and therapudic classes are extremely helpful as is her providing in-depth explanations of what and how the poses can assist. She even organized a great children's class for house guests visiting with children. A superb instructor who understands her students interests and abilities.

I came to Yoga One in the hopes of healing my leg pain after a marathon, but I ended up with so much more. After 3 months of yoga, I know longer had physical pain, but I was unprepared for the amount of emotional pain that welled up during that time. Antonella taught me that our bodies hold more tension than our minds, and as I slowly worked through my pain and stiffness, the ensuing softness allowed for an inner release of tensions and fears. Antonellas teaching flows well-beyond the physical pose by embedding life lessons into the movement. One night we did a series of gentle twists with the intention of opening our heart to the future while keeping our feet firmly rooted into the parts of the past that still serve us. This visual helped me to also improve my running posture and increase my time!
