Do you control your own installers? Do you have a valid and current CA. State Contractors license? Do your installers speak English? Are your installers paid staffers. The Answers: Yes to all...and none of our installers are independent contractors. We control their hours, quality and exacting standards. We get perfection when it is demanded. - What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The big box retailers promote low prices, but you have to install it yourself...or pay a premium for their outsourced vendor to install it. We answer your questions about the products, manufacturing process...you don't have to hunt for a minimum wage isle checker...who simply isn't up to the task. Lowest prices does not mean quality...thin layers, hardness layers vary dramatically. You save a little now, but end up getting chips, cracks or blemishes that require a MAJOR re-installation later.
