  I would like to let you know about my first encounter with your company.
  
  Saturday afternoon, 1/31/2009, we noticed a wet spot in our hallway. Sure enough, the water heater was leaking. I called a local plumber but got no answer. I called an appliance dealer who gave me the name of another dealer. I got an answering machine.
  
  I grabbed the yellow pages and saw "We can be there in one hour". That's what I needed.
  
  The lady who answered the phone was very courteous and helpful. She said Matthew would be here sometime between 4 and 6pm.
  
  He was, and you need to know what a jewel of an employee you have! His name is Matthew Hechim. He worked quickly and efficiently, explaining exactly what he was doing and why, and answering all of our questions in a very courteous maner. He was very friendly and patient with anything we didn't understand.
  
  Although we are seniors and probably will never need to replace our water heater again, I will make sure that the name and number of your company gets passed along to as many as I can. And if we need a plumber, we sure know who to call now.
  
  Thank you for great emergency service and thanks to Matt for turning a bad situation into a very pleasant one.
