I am a Designated Professional Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers. I hold the ASA Senior Urban Designation as well as the top State License Certified General. The ASA is the oldest testing and designating Appraisal Organization in the United States and designates Appraisers in other Countries as well. The designations are not general you need to test in each area of Appraisal such as Review and Management, Urban Property, Business Valuation, Machinery and Equipment, Etc.
