I bought a house in Corona about 6 years ago, and used this inspector, and can highly recommend him. The name matches the service, without a doubt. He suggested electrical fixes, that to me are very important, but not things many inspectors may know quite so well. The report was amazingly detailed I thought - photos, details, and why it's a potential problem - and had a focus on the most important things that could be dangerous, but probably not obvious to a buyer just by browsing through a potential house.
It gave me a good set of things to ask the seller to fix - the potentially dangerous things (electrical and gas related), and also gave me a good checklist of things to do as well after moving in.
Still working on that list.
I can't say I'd recommend him as an inspector if you're the seller and looking for an inspector, unless you want a really good eval on what you need to understand/fix before selling.
But if you're the buyer and paying for the inspection - he'll give you a good rundown, and a detailed rundown, on what you're looking at buying.
