- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical design process involves five simple steps. 1. Project Brief: discovery meeting with the clients, get your sense of styles, take measurements and pictures/ videos. 2. Concept Proposal - presentation of mood boards and color palette options built around the brief. 3. Design Development - presentation of floor plan, 2D and/or 3D renderings, as well as providing a purchase list. Revisions included with varied design packages. 4. Installation - coordination with the general contractor, architect, painter or handyman (available to hire per request). 5. Project Wrap-Up: collection after photos and/videos.
