Question and answer

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I would look first the persons attitude, experience, the level of involvement in the project. I would want the person who is selling the services actually be part of the project. I heard many times a sales person promising everything in order to sell and when comes to execution the story changes.
Naturally talent is very important, just like in any other occupation.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I provide personalized services. I take care of all aspect of requests related to their home. My prices are very reasonable. I have excellent sense of design, provide outstanding quality of work. I'm listening for customer's idea and help with expert advice to make the most economical decisions. I never push to sell. For my long time customers I provide courtesy services. My clients regards me not only the guy who fixes stuff, but as a long time friend and many times part of the family. My work is always exceeds expectations, virtually I never had recall.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The best part of my work is the interaction with my clients and to see them happy with the result. Being trained as an artist, the design aspect is always fun, and being trained as an artist, working with my hand is always fun, and finally being trained as an artist it is important on a design-build project to be able to create a final product that reflects my client's personality. Like a portrait would.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. On a remodeling or design project there is no typical questions and most importantly no typical answers. The question is never the the price for my services. No one I know will provide more or better service like I do. My advice is allays solid, common sense, based on over twenty years of experience.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Yes . When customers called me years after the project finished and said they just had a party and everybody was crazy about the kitchen I designed and build.
Or when an other customer also called me years after the work was done and after a very long day telling me how good he feels to come home after a hectic day and enjoy the relaxing home I created for them.
