providing a full detailed project estimate which reflects the total estimated cost of the full project including, materials, labor, permits, accessories & add-ons, this is a key element to make sure our customers have a transparent and clear view and understanding of the cost of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first crucial step is understanding the customer's idea or vision of the finished product. The process will make sense one step at a time. But organizing (and seeing) it all in one place is essential to us no matter the project complexity in order to avoid getting overwhelmed or losing the forest for the trees.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
we recently done a complex full home remodel with an awesome Brazilian designer. the design, materials and finishes were chosen meticulously. our team had so much fun working on this project from start to finish it turned out elegant, contemporary, and beautiful. the project took about 10 weeks to complete.
